Shipping & Refund Policies



All orders are shipped via Canada Post Parcel Post.  Delivery times may vary based on destination.  We offer flat-rate shipping worldwide, as follows:

Anywhere in Canada (includes tracking): $18 plus applicable taxes.
Anywhere in the US (does not include Alaska and Hawaii / includes tracking): $24
International Ground (no tracking): $38, includes Alaska & Hawaii.
International Air (Includes tracking): $48

US & International Orders:  Fusion By Design Collars shall not be responsible for any duties or taxes collected by your country of residence.  

Lost or stolen packages:  We shall not be responsible for shipments that are lost by the shipping agent or stolen in transit or at their final destination.  



All Fusion By Design Collars are FINAL SALE.  No refunds, exchanges or returns.

While we endeavour to maintain a high level of quality control, occasionally, you may encounter a manufacturing issue with your collar. Exchanges shall be accepted for manufacturer defects ONLY. Returned items shall be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Fusion By Design Collars. 

Shipping expenses are NON-REFUNDABLE at all times.  Shipping expenses for return/repair services are at the expense of the purchaser.


All Fusion By Design Collars come with Free Lifetime Repairs.  

While we hope you'll never need them, should something break or a decoration be lost, we'll repair your item free of charge (repair service does not include shipping to and from the purchaser). Even if you're not the original owner, this service transfers to you along with the collar.

That being said, there are some limitations to this coverage.  Damage incurred by daily wear and tear, while usually repairable, will incur repair charges.  For example, chewed or ripped collars can most often be repaired for a fee.  Send us a photo of the damaged collar and we'll let you know what can be done to repair or salvage the collar and how much it'll cost you.

NOTE: This warranty does not extend to collars that were crafted by Lizard Leathers prior to our purchase of the company.
